Start Trek is a unique 12-day journey through the startup communities of Istanbul, Bucharest, Belgrade, Podgorica, Zagreb and Sofia in a series of local events. And a lot of fun in between.

It is going to be held in Bucharest on October 2nd and is organised by the Bulgarian Accelerator Fund “Eleven”

It is part of a round of 6 events in the Central and Eastern Europe to inspire local start-ups, serial entrepreneurs, etc. , participation is free of charge

StartTrek 2014  is a 12-day tour around Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) with the mission to inspire the local communities in Istanbul, Bucharest, Sofia, Belgrade, Podgorica and Zagreb and empower community leaders from all over Europe. We did Start Trek last year and we are doing it again!

Eleven Accelerator organizes six local startup events in the hottest tech cities in CEE and brings along some of the most inspiring entrepreneurs, investors and partners from its global network. They are willing to share their stories and hear yours, so you better be there!

The Start Trek crew lands in Bucharest on October 2 to organize an awesome event with many inspirational talks, a workshop on Customer Development and one-on-one mentor sessions for all attendees. Among the all-star speakers joining Start Trek Bucharest are Salim Virani (founder of 5 startups and Leancamp), George Dita (How to Web) and Bobby Voicu (MavenHut).

In addition, Eleven invites all startups in Romania to pitch their ideas in Bucharest, and: >> receive relevant feedback from experienced investors and entrepreneurs; >> get the chance to be invited to the final stage of Eleven’s selection process! All you need to do in order to pitch, is apply by Sep 30 on f6s.com/starttrek2014. Only the short-listed candidates will be invited.
