Nowadays, social media is everywhere. And while some platforms have disappeared, others still exist, thrive and bask in the spotlight. And the longer a platform exists out there in the digital world, the chances it becomes more and more user friendly by means of updates or modifications significantly increase. Or at least that’s how it’s supposed to be. Thankfully, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+ receive more and more feedback from the users they constantly add. This, in turn, determines them to add certain features that ensure their users are happy.
Take for example Twitter. Its users have requested the ability to mute an account instead of unfollowing them. And their wish has been granted. All these social media platforms are aware that the best way to remain competitive is by adding several tweaks even from outside sources so as to fill the gaps.
